Charley Ellison Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Charley is the Founder and President of 24-by-7 Service, Inc. (now Telizent Communications) and brings over 20 years of local telecom and professional services experience. He built a foundation in Sales and Sales Management at the IBM/ROLM Division that was acquired by Siemens Enterprise Networks. He developed a passion for helping his customer's develop solid business cases for investing in technology. Mr. Ellison possesses a full scope of business and industry experience. He also brings a professional services mindset from his sales and consulting experience at the J. D. Edwards Company. As Director of Sales Operations, he built a 100 person sales force and the infrastructure to support that team for Telseon, a data CLEC that built an instantly scaleable IP network in 24 cities. The long-term relationships Mr. Ellison developed during his industry tenure form the basis for customer loyalty and operational excellence. Mr. Ellison's personal familiarity with local businesses provides him a foreknowledge of customer applications, decision-making process, and most importantly, customer confidence in the service personel for Telizent. His role includes the direction and management of Telizent Communications Sales & Marketing, business development, administration, contracts and partner relationships. Mr. Ellison has a B.S. in Business from Colorado University - Boulder.
Hal Anderson President & Chief Technology Officer Hal is the President & Chief Technology Officer for Telizent Communications and brings over 20 years of experience in leadership, partnership and technology integration to deliver innovative Internet-based products and services. Hal architected and launched Telizent's proactive monitoring service (Monitor+) and service portal offering. During a 4 month sabbatical in early 2007, Hal helped found Memorize Truth, LLC, where they successfully launched www.VerseMinder.com using gadget technology within the Mozilla Framework. Before joining Telizent he worked as a Managing Director for eonBusiness Corporation where he leveraged his background in technology and e-commerce to strengthen strategic alliances and helped launch new business units such as Atlas OnePoint (recently acquired by www.microsoft.com). Mr. Anderson was also a founder of Navidec, Inc. where he led its automotive practice group, launching several highly successful e-commerce sites including DriveOff.com, the nation's first 100-percent online leasing and auto -buying Web site that has since been acquired by Microsoft ( http://autos.msn.com). Prior to joining Navidec, Mr. Anderson led technology and change management teams at US WEST for nine years. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelors degree from the University of Arizona in Management Information Systems and received a Masters degree from the University of Denver in Computer Information Systems. He served on the board of directors of the Denver Street School, one of a nationwide network of non-profit, fully accredited high schools for at-risk youth ( www.streetschools.com) that has been a part of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation since 2003.
Perry Lundquist Director of Operations As Director of Operations for Telizent Communications, Perry brings 20 years of telecom industry experience to the job of managing our sales and service operations. Firmly believing that “serving” our clients is service done right, Perry strives to understand our customer’s needs and works to match those needs with Telizent Communication's best technical resources. Before joining Telizent Communications, Mr. Lundquist worked for some of the nation’s leading telecommunications companies; including AT&T, Verizon Business, McLeodUSA, Western Digital Corporation and JDSU Communications Test & Measurement. His career background includes: Field service management Technical support management Network operations center management Systems engineering Territory and strategic account management
Perry earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Barclay College graduating Summa Cum Laude. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering with the Office of Emergency Management for Douglas County, Colorado. In addition to working with Douglas County OEM, Perry has been a volunteer with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for eleven years. Perry is also on the board of a non-profit organization, The Amateur Radio Emergency Service of Douglas and Elbert Counties, Inc.
Brandon Behan Director of Sales & Marketing Brandon is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Telizent Communications. Brandon is responsible for the overall development and implementation of marketing communications, business partnerships, and company messaging. In addition, he directs sales activities and personnel while driving revenue through developing, implementing and refining an effective strategic sales plan. Mr. Behan oversees all corporate communications activities and coordinates sales and marketing operations with other departments of the company. Mr. Behan is an experienced leader with a passion for developing solutions that meet our client’s needs. His professional experience includes multiple years of client relations, logistics and communications experience in the hospitality, operations, and education fields. Before joining Telizent, Mr. Behan was in South Africa coordinating a multi-national business conference while managing over 100 event staff and volunteers. Mr. Behan earned a Bachelors degree from Whitworth University where he studied business and communications.
