Project Services include:

  • Preliminary Scope of Work: 
    • Defines objectives
    • Timelines, constraints, equipment and resource requirements. 
  • Decision made on type of engagement: Fixed bid or time and material.
  • Physical Survey and Confirmation - A qualified resource confirms the preliminary SOW and performs an assessment of risk/constraint (what could go wrong) and identifies dependencies (e.g. construction build out) and corresponding contingency plans.
  • Scope of Work is updated and accepted by client
  • Project Plan is published and available via the Telizent portal. 
  • Status calls and action items is project driven.
  • Customer Acceptance of Project, with active feedback mechanisms to assure continual improvements execution, resources and tools.
