National Installation Rollouts
Great Results through Planning, Management and Collaboration
The Telizent portal tool set assures timely, well coordinated and effective execution of projects spanning from a small expansion to a complete system replacement. The process starts out with an appropriately detailed scope of work with responsibilities and milestones well defined. Our national network of technicians is factory trained on most PBX and IP-PBX product lines. Quality is assured by adhering to practical project management tools and time tested methods and procedures. You will have the option of logging into our portal to check on the status of specific plans, add new instructions or update the key resources. While simpler projects may combine steps, the bullets below provide you with the assurance that you can rely on timely completion of your projects:
- Preliminary Scope of Work: Defines objectives, timelines, constraints, equipment and resource requirements.
- Decision made on type of engagement: Fixed bid or time and material.
- Physical Survey and Confirmation - A qualified resource confirms the preliminary SOW and performs an assessment of risk/constraint (what could go wrong) and identifies dependencies (e.g. construction build out) and corresponding contingency plans.
- Scope of Work is updated and accepted by client
- Project Plan is published and available via the Telizent portal.
- Status calls and action items are project driven.
- Customer Acceptance of Project, with active feedback mechanisms to assure continual improvements execution, resources and tools.

Rapid and Quality Deployments
Planning and managing multiple vendors and simultaneous installation or upgrade projects is a core competency. Telizent portal tool set becomes all the more valuable when managing parallel and interdependent projects. A network of nearly 1,100 qualified technicians extends our centralized planning staff and project management tools. New VoIP deployments are typically staged, configured and tested centrally, so remote installation services are limited to the physical rack, stack and cabling task.
Service categories related to national deployments include:
- Physical inventory and assessment of current systems
- Project Planning and Management
- Network Assessment (LAN/WAN) for VoIP or TDM
- Vendor selection, sourcing and management
- Carrier/Telco assessment, contract reviews, order and tracking of provisioning and testing
- System Deployments or Upgrades
- Admin and end-user training
